I’ve been interested to try my hand at a darkly toned ambient genre. It’s a challenge to arrange music that doesn’t have a super obvious rhythm or song structure.

The track Dark Energy was created in two main sessions: first was in secret, just finding some basic direction, but the second was live on Twitch where I expanded on the ideas from the first session and eventually arranged it as a song. Finally, I did do some subtle tweaking the next morning.
